As I mentioned in yesterday’s blog, sometimes it’s difficult to work months in advance, but we’ve practically got it down to an art form here at “The Bucket.” June is when we begin shipping harvest and Halloween, but July is when Thanksgiving merchandise starts moving out.

For the past few weeks, we’ve featured several items that will be available in our June and August lines.
On June 1st, you will finally have the opportunity to get a peek at brand new product lines for November!

Armed Forces Day Is One Week Away!
Saturday, May 14th, 2011One of my first tasks when I joined the Marketing department of Blossom Bucket, Inc. was to gather the most comprehensive list of holidays and occasions possible.
I was stunned at the number of things I found that I’d never known about! For example, I did not know that the second Sunday in October is Clergy Appreciation Day or that March 30th is National Doctors’ Day. I also didn’t know that the third Saturday in May in Armed Forces Day, which is one week from today, May 21st.

IT’S EASTER TIME!
Tuesday, April 19th, 2011Last night Passover began, and this weekend is Good Friday with Easter following on Sunday. What a great week of activities for families.
I don’t know about you, but my house will be full because of my children coming in for the weekend. It will be great to have them all under the same roof again.
I just love the many Easter/spring items that Blossom Bucket has this year. If you didn’t get a chance to get these pieces try to remember them for next year. They are perfect for this special week.

March is a big month for me because there are so many celebratory events crammed into 31 days.
Not only do I have a birthday and wedding anniversary, but the month also introduces the first day of spring, the beginning daylight savings time, Lent and St. Patrick’s Day.
As you can tell, I will not be lacking an excuse to gather together with friends and family.
