The first official day of summer is tomorrow!
I love summer! In fact, I love everything about summer!
Spending time with my kids at our local swimming hole, making pitchers of sun tea on the back porch, running around barefoot all day and night, and visiting local farmers markets are just a few of my favorite summer activities.

I hope everyone had a nice Mother’s Day. I did! I love my kids…they sure did spoil me yesterday. I wish every day was Mother’s Day.
Now that Easter and Mother’s Day are behind us, it’s time to think fall and Christmas! If you have not placed your fall and Christmas orders yet the time is now! Stock is selling out quickly and we start shipping fall product in less than a month.
Yes, less than a month!!

Traveling for Trade Shows!

It is hard to believe that the 2011 winter trade show season has arrived!
This is traditionally the busiest time of year for the sales department as our customers visit our showrooms to check out all of the creative new merchandise from Blossom Bucket. It is always great to catch up with our customers and work with them as they make their purchasing decisions.
This year, I will be working back-to-back-to-back-to-back shows: Philadelphia ~ Atlanta ~ Las Vegas~ Market Square. This is a crazy schedule, and it is hard to be away from my family for so long, but with all of that travel, winter seems to pass by a lot more quickly!

Hello, and Happy Friday!
Can you believe that we’re shipping fall product already? Time flies!
I just wanted to share one of my favorite pieces for fall. I’ve ordered it already for my living room, and I can’t wait to display it!
It is a Dan DiPaolo piece, and I just love how whimsical it is! I know the picture here is a little bit on the small side, but around the bottom of the pumpkin, it reads, “dance by the light of the moon.” I really like that!
Halloween is absolutely one of my favorite holidays. I already have my costume picked out for this year! Stay tuned for pictures…
